Diamond Art Butterfly Keychains

These are pre-kitted diamond painting coasters. We do not manufacture these, we purchase the kits and put them together. Please note colors may vary slightly from what is photographed based on batches. We cannot control the colors of these peices since we do not manufacture the diamonds or kits.

14 days from time of ordering to return. All returns must be pre-approved. You must email us with your order number, photos of your item(s) and reason why you're returning. You will have to pay for the return shipping and the item must be returned in the same condition as we sent it to you.

If an item is one SALE, no returns will be approved!

If your order has arrived and there has been damage/spillage in transit, you must take clear and detailed photos of all the damages/spills and submit them to me for review WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving your package. At that time, I will assess the damage and we will discuss a resolution. I will not issue replacements or refunds for damage claims if you do not submit detailed photos within 24 hours of receipt.



Because all shipments include Tracking and Delivery Confirmation, shipments marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, but claimed to be undelivered by the customer are not the responsibility of Bellas Botanicals & Boutique. Such claims will not result in refunds or replacements.
