These are policies and disclaimers you agree to as you check out and pay for your orders.

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges:

Please be advised I cannot accept refunds on any products which fall under botanical or herbal. This includes but is not limited to: lotions, tinctures, oils, infusions, balms, butters, salves, body scrubs and more. Due to the personal and intimate nature of these products as well as for health & safety reasons, all sales are final. Refunds, returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted for any reason. Please speak to me personally or browse our reviews if you are not sure about a particular product.

Any product outside of what is mentioned above, we will accept pre-approved returns within 14 days of purchasing as long as it is NOT a custom order. You will have 14 days from the date of your order being placed to email us directly with a photo of what you want to return and why. You are responsible for returning the product to us in the same condition as we sent it out. You must pay for return shipping to us, the approval email must be included in the return package and as long as it's in the condition you'll receive a refund (minus shipping cost) within 5-10 business days.

There will be no refunds/returns or exchanges accepted on any custom orders or SALE items. If anything is on sale within any category of our shop ALL sale items are final!

Shipping:

Damage Claims: If your order has arrived and there has been damage/spillage in transit, you must take clear and detailed photos of all the damages/spills and submit them to me for review WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving your package. At that time, I will assess the damage and we will discuss a resolution. I will not issue replacements or refunds for damage claims if you do not submit detailed photos within 24 hours of receipt.



Non-Delivery Claims: Because all shipments include Tracking and Delivery Confirmation, shipments marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, but claimed to be undelivered by the customer are not the responsibility of myself or Bella's Botanicals & Boutique. Such claims will not result in refunds or replacements. If the package is "lost" per the carrier this is a different story and I will work with you 1-1 with a custom solution whether you want a refund or replace the missing items.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and will vary based on your location and weight.

Store your products responsibility! We have notes for each product as a reminder but this mainly applies to our botanical/herbal/essential oil products! Store in a cool/dry place away from heat sources. KEEP out of reach from children. I am not liable for misuse of our products or improper handling/storage. All of our items are handmade and should be cared for as such.

Discounts: I do offer military/veteran/first responder discount of 10% off of your first $40+ order. Please use code MVRP10 ~ I do keep a close eye on codes being used, we had an issue last year where this code was being misused more than it should be! Due to this we've limited the use to one per customer. We have a loyalty club where you can earn points for every dollar you spend to earn a 10% discount once you reach 50 points. The loyalty program is FREE for all to sign up. Please note discounts cannot be used on subscriptions or products which are on sale. You also cannot combine multiple discounts at once. Every year in July we have store wide discount for customer appreciation.

Custom Orders: I welcome and love custom orders. I make an array of products and always in micro batches. If you see something you like but want a different color or are looking for something specific, please reach out to me directly! I would love to help.
